KAJUAL Technologies™ offers service training for our customers. We also provide instructions and documentation online.

It is our policy that all parts on new dispensers are covered under warranty for a period of one year from the date of shipment if they are found to be defective due to defects in material or workmanship. If parts are needed during this warranty period, the replacement parts are covered for the remaining balance of the original machine warranty period. The policy for refurbished, reworked, or updated machines is 30 days.

In order for parts to be covered under this warranty, we require that you provide us with the serial number of the vending machine for which parts are being replaced.
